TACO NACO KC began at the Overland Park Farmers’ Market in 2020, serving tacos, fresh salsas and meal kits one market morning at a time. Kansas City kept showing up. Today, El Mercadito carries that same market spirit forward with chef-made tacos, handcrafted salsa, guacamole, queso, margaritas and Mexican pantry finds.
