Birria is slow-cooked, seasoned meat. Quesabirria brings that filling together with melted cheese in a tortilla, usually served with consommé for dipping. Our version uses brisket birria.

Happy Hour runs Tuesday through Friday, 2–6 PM at participating locations. Westport also offers a late-night Happy Hour from 9 PM to close. Check the Happy Hour page and your location for current hours and specials.

Both start with beef brisket on our menu, but they bring different flavors to the table. Try brisket barbacoa as a signature taco; choose quesabirria when you want birria, melted cheese and consommé for dipping.
