Our Story
We began as a small catering company before bringing our tacos to local festivals and the Overland Park Farmers’ Market. When the pandemic changed how we could serve our community, we adapted with fresh salsas, dips and taco kits made to enjoy at home. Our farmers-market pop-up continued to grow, and in 2021 we opened our first permanent Market & Taqueria in Overland Park.

Our name reflects what we believe. Tacos can take many forms, flavors and traditions, and there is room at the table for all of them. “Naco” celebrates individuality, self-expression and the confidence to be proudly yourself. Since opening our first taquería, we have grown into Kansas City neighborhoods while staying rooted in fresh food, colorful experiences and the community that made it possible.
