How do I earn points in the restaurant?
Give the cashier the phone number connected to your account or scan the membership QR code inside the TACO NACO KC app.
Can I earn points when ordering online?
Sign in to your TACO NACO CLUB account before placing your order so the eligible purchase can be associated with your membership.
Do TACO NACO CLUB points expire?
Points may expire 365 days after they are earned.
How do I receive my birthday reward?
Add your birthday to your TACO NACO CLUB profile to receive a $10 birthday reward. Additional eligibility and redemption terms may apply.
Can the cashier find my account from my credit card?
No. Rewards accounts are no longer automatically connected to credit cards used in the restaurant. Provide your phone number or scan your membership QR code instead.
What should former Loyalty Rewards members do?
Create a TACO NACO CLUB account or reset your password using the same email address and phone number connected to your former Loyalty Rewards membership.
Where can I use my rewards?
TACO NACO CLUB rewards may be redeemed through eligible TACO NACO KC ordering channels and participating restaurant locations, subject to program terms.
