HOW TO HEAT AND ASSEMBLE YOUR TACO MEAL KIT
1. Heat the filling
Stovetop: Transfer the filling to a skillet or saucepan and warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until steaming hot. Microwave: Transfer it to a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely, and heat in short intervals, stirring between each interval. Reheat cooked filling to 165°F.
2. Warm the tortillas
Skillet: Warm each tortilla in a dry skillet for about 15–30 seconds per side. Microwave: Wrap tortillas in a slightly damp paper towel and heat in short intervals until warm and flexible.
3. Build your tacos
Add the warm filling to each tortilla, then finish with the included toppings and salsa. Start with a little salsa and add more to taste.
4. Serve and enjoy
Serve immediately while everything is warm. Add your favorite sides, drinks, or extra garnishes if desired.
STORAGE, LEFTOVERS AND FOOD SAFETY
Keep the meal kit refrigerated and follow any use-by instructions on the package. Refrigerate leftovers within two hours, or within one hour when the temperature is above 90°F. Store components separately when possible and reheat cooked filling to 165°F before serving again.
