Catering on a budget

With the blueprints set on paper and looking sound, Brian and Fernanda decided to start as a a pop-up and catering concept. So with the help of the occasional Budget or U-haul rental truck, they set off to participate in local festivals, competitions, and catering events reaching as far as 100 miles around Kansas City.
