How is the date reserved?
A 50% prepayment is required to confirm your booking. Our team will provide your event proposal, booking terms and payment instructions. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve the date.
What does standard service include?
The truck comes with our service team. Your accepted proposal or invoice sets out the menu, service time and included items. Confirm paper products, setup, cleanup and waste removal with the team before booking.
Can guests pay individually?
Tell us whether you’re planning a hosted meal or an event where guests purchase food. We’ll discuss which arrangements are available for your event.
